Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mongoose Publishing purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
